Good shoe but disappointed with the color

Excellent shoes as always. I bought them because the chocolate color looked great in the pictures, but now that I have them with me they turned out to be much darker than the chocolate color advertised on the website.. Disappointed

Out of stock was not communicated

I placed this order almost a month ago, had 3/4 items delivered except for these shoes. Figured due to supply these were taking longer to arrive.

Ended up sending an email to Lakai for them to respond back saying they didn't have the shoe in my size and refunded that portion of my order on the spot. Not great communication from your end.

Disappointing

I placed an order for size 13, order was processed and paid for. 3 days later I’m told they are out of stock. Understandable yet disappointing knowing that I got my hopes up!
