Terms of Sale

Returns & exchanges. Accepted within 30 days of delivery. To start one, email support@lakai.com with your order number and we will reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, that item is cancelled and refunded.
Pricing. Sale pricing; prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Shipping. United States only — no APO/FPO/DPO or international. Flat-rate shipping; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Condition. Authentic Lakai product, covered by any applicable manufacturer warranty.
Fulfillment problems. Received a wrong, damaged, defective, or non-delivered item? Contact support@lakai.com within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
