Where we ship
We ship to street addresses within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia only. We do not ship internationally and do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Orders placed for delivery outside these areas may be cancelled and refunded.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Processing and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery
Flat-rate shipping applies and the amount is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Tracking, delays & issues
Where available, tracking is emailed after dispatch. For delays, lost packages, or delivery problems, contact postmaster@lakai.com with your order number.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
