Lakai operates this store as a clearance / sale store. All items sold through this store are FINAL SALE. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, and do not provide refunds, cancellations, or order modifications once an order has been submitted. This policy is presented to you before you complete your purchase.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in respect of goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or not the item you ordered. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at postmaster@lakai.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. Where required by law (or at our discretion), we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Order changes & cancellations
Because items move quickly, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. Please review your cart, sizes, and shipping address carefully before checkout.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. If a package is delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim.
